L’assurance Maladie is the French institution in charge of the Healthcare system. L’Assurance Maladie provides patients with an access to care, including universal health guarantees and patients’ reimbursements.

CONTEXT / DEMAND

 

Every 5 years, L’Assurance Maladie and HCPs unions meet with the objective to redefine a set of new policies for the French healthcare system. Following each negotiation, the ‘adoption phase’ of new policies is delicate as many complex rules remain unclear to HCPs. This complexity has been pointed out by the Unions.

Our mission, maximize the adoption by :

  • Providing HCPs with a clear summary of the convention, so that they can easily understand the main objectives
  •  Create online services to facilitate their day-to-day practice, from consultation fees to subvention or calculation rules for their annual bonus

• A door-to-door campaign from Sales Representatives of L’Assurance Maladie to convince HCPS of the relevance and benefits of this website as a day-to-day service and as the point of reference for the he convention.
