Whether it’s about patients, caregivers or HCPs, it all starts with a deep understanding of the target. We first investigate our customers to build personnaes and map the user journey. Any asset we create (digital ecosystem, website, mobile app’, CRM plans, congress experiences, social network tactical plans…) will be aligned with our customers’ journey by factoring in their needs, age, level of education but also their belief, technological maturity as well as their level of stress at a specific touch point.

During the service design phase, we run several ideation steps to identify and recommend relevant assets. The ideation phase can be performed by the agency on its own or through workshops with  marketing teams, which is our preferred option.
